“Stayed here for my birthday May19th-23rd The room was very very clean I love the smell of bleach, the bed was comfortable housekeeping didn’t speak English well but was very sweet I just spoke into her phone and she translated it in English. The front desk was very nice and polite. Only a few things could make it great is a full body mirror a bigger Tv it was like a 20inch and a microwave in the room but overall I give it 9 ! I will go again especially for the price !!! You can’t bet it ”

“Stayed one night before a cruise and it was perfect for us. The shower pressure in room 320 is EXCELLENT (might actually put your eye out, but we loved it! 😆). Breakfast was tasty. We already have it booked again for our Nov cruise!”

“It was kind of unique. Old fashion building style but super clean. Elevators were renovated top charts. Front desk staff amable to theirs limited, without exaggerating. The only negative accommodations for me personally was the air condioneted. And that is because i have mild arthritis. Pain in my shoulders, I have to shut it down right away. ”

“The staff at the hotel restaurant and gift store were very unfriendly to us. We asked the staff for help in a very friendly manner, yet we were treated with a very poor attitude and no sincere apology was made to us. It was a very bad feeling to be discriminated against for the money spent and will never choose this hotel again!”

“Booked room for post cruise stay. About 25 minute drive from Port of Miami. Due to room already clean & ready,was able to check in before 11am. JASMIN provided Excellent customer service!! Very nice,professional, & knowledgeable. The room was spacious (all 2 room suites), clean, had microwave & fridge. Complimentary evening cocktails was nice addition. 24 hr free airport shuttle (approx 10-15min ride). Will definitely stay here again on next visit to Miami. They even sent a text to make sure I……
