Rooms very old/need updating. Shower was gross looking with layers of peeled paint on the floor and walls. Bedding had hairs on/in it on arrival. Dusty surfaces. Pimple patch was found stuck to side table. Only 1 working outlet in the room. The single use shampoo bottle was half empty in the shower. The “included breakfast” was some fruits and deli meat or cereal. Anything more was additional charges.

Hotel is a little dated...there is no parking at all for this hotel, so you have to pay to park elsewhere...the breakfast they provide for free is ok, but if you want any protein you have to pay extra for eggs and or bacon...our view was incredible...the hotel did look like it was under construction, so hopefully they will be updating the rooms and hallways. The staff was excellent.

NO! Do not stay here! The place was so disgusting, I think i should get vaccinated and tested for hep once i return home. The only good thing was Liz who checked me out. She seemed truly concerned with the condition of the room. (New management company) The floors were so stained and sticky that I couldn't be barefoot. The bathroom had something running down the walls under the toilet. I COULD GO ON AND ON WITH HOW GROSS AND UNHEALTHY the ROOM WAS! Expedia, please do not offer this prperty until they get their act together!

We booked ocean front, assuming there would be a balcony. No you could kind of see the ocean from the very far corner of the room out a window. Couldn’t get an upgrade even if we paid. The hotel was old and out dated. We went three days w out our room serviced. We booked a couples massage for my partners birthday. We spoke on the phone for a few minutes asking multiple questions, talking about the condition of my back. Waited from Friday until Tuesday for the appointments, just for them to only have one. So they did both in the time of one. Completely half assed. There’s a sign that says happy hour daily from 10-12 and then also during the pm maybe 4-6? Went down the next morning for the 10-12 happy hour, they no longer do it. Laundry services? Did a load of laundry no where on site could give you quarters to help you get your clothes dry. Not the front desk, not the bar, no where. Had to dry our clothes in the room. More than half of the times that we asked for pool towels they were out. They have a dining hall that supposedly had coffee, juice etc 24 hours. There was never any cream for the offer and the on was always out. The restaurant located in the restaurant doesn’t open until like 5 or 6 pm. Tanning advertised on the web site? Never opened. We checked almost daily at all different hours of the day. The sign on the door w the hours was from 2024. The whole website and every piece of information around the hotel was a scam.

Property was ok. Looked to be in middle of renovation, which is needed. Pictures of rooms and hotel itself were not as appeared on websites. Disappointing when we arrived. Lack of amenities, no chairs to sit on terrace that was an “upgrade” from the original room we purchased. No microwave in room. No bathrooms in lobby or next to pool for guests to use. Breakfast included is cereal and toast. Anything else is an upgrade to pay for. Only positive is right next to ocean for beautiful sunrise views.

The partial oceanview room is literally a little peek of the ocean..not worth the extra money. The breakfast is horrible you get toast and cereals. The staff was friendly and helpful. The door to our room didnt close right so we had to slam it going and coming.

Room was clean but hotel very old and not updated. The first day there was No toilet paper in the restroom I had to call twice and wait more than 1 hour. Bath is peeling, shower head clogged with limescale. Had a room with a balcony and ocean view but balcony door doesn’t close properly (too old and twisted) so you hear everything going outside very hard to sleep . Breakfast is very poor: toast, milk and cereals, cheese slices and salami, and juices. For eggs or omelette you have to pay extra. Wifi signal poor and intermittent all over the place. Service room people are kind .

Our stay was for 4 nights and overall we had a great time and experience here. The pool is great plenty of chairs - sun and patio.The beach was great right out the gate and on the beach you will be. Continental breakfast was okay, I ordered from the menu - offering omlettes, eggs, bacon,ect. For a reasonable price. Rooms are okay, so if you are looking for luxury Ritz this is not for you, rooms are a bit outdated like most hotels in Miami Beach. We had a partial oceanview and it was a beautiful view. The staff was nice and Martin was great at checkin and throughout the stay. I would stay here again and would recommend. There are plenty of places to dine, with a Walgreens at the corner and Publix about a block away. The Collins Express free trolley stop down the street takes you down to Lincoln Ave.

we had oceanview room with terrace as booked. rooms not automatically cleaned each day. cleaning poor, did not replace towels and dis not touch bathroom during iur 6 nught stay. previous stay more efficient, quality has dropped. however cannot beat siuation right in beach.

Very affordable and access to beach and the pool we’re fantastic. That being said, the property needs major repairs. I had 2 rooms and 1 had a leak in the bathroom floor. Luckily only has 1 night in that room. Lucas, at the beach was very helpful!

Decent hotel for the price. Staff was great and helpful and very sweet! Everything was clean and neat. I think the building overall just needs an update but overall my stay was great and i would be back again. Pool was clean… drinks were great. Did not get a chance to try the restaurant but it seemed really good! Thank you to all!
