When I entered the room, it was immediately apparent that it was not suitable for occupancy. The room had a strong and overwhelming odor of mold. The furniture was disorganized, the bed was not made at all, and all the linen was piled up and a lot of different objects from the room on it, and the overall condition resembled a storage or utility room rather than a prepared hotel guest room. The condition of the room raised immediate concerns regarding cleanliness and health. I returned to the front desk to report these issues. I was then assigned a second room. Unfortunately, this room also had a very strong mold smell. In addition, I was unable to properly secure the balcony door. The door could not be locked, and the balcony was directly adjacent to neighboring rooms, separated only by a small divider that would allow easy access from one balcony to another. This created a serious safety concern, particularly overnight. Due to the persistent mold odor, the unclean conditions, and the inability to secure the room, I did not feel safe or comfortable remaining at the property. I therefore checked out immediately and was forced to secure alternative accommodations at another hotel on short notice, at a higher cost.

The front desk personnel were less than helpful weren't helpful to any of our stay needs. I know this will go unwarranted and will not improve as the staff knows this.The elevators are very slow and ONLY one was in working order our entire stay. no one cleaned the room or made or beds the entire stay. Terrible Hotel and i will be sure to post this on ALL social media sites as this not a place that anyone should stay.

It took forever to get registered when we arrived. People waited in line for over 30 minutes to get registered. Even though we were already pre-registered and had prepaid for the room. The room had no towels and our requests were ignored. I found a room attendant who had some towels. The breakfast consisted of cold or hot cereal. White bread, cheese and turkey baloney, and only one elevator worked, never seen anyone try to fix the broken one. The views were amazing of the ocean. That I enjoyed.

The staff was rude. When we got in there they told us we'd get the next room 7 hours later. Watching many people get rooms. We still sat there. The room door was stuck and took brute strength to get it open every time. There was no cups or anything in the room. Anytime we had to deal with the staff. They were very very rude. Positive note the beach which is public property was lovely. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Other than the location being close to the beach it had redeeming value.

Enjoyed the beachfront. Access to Walgreens and other shopping across the street. We did not get a chance to explore the free trolley. Food was not so good to us. They have a bar that we did not explore. Would stay there again!

I went early to register so went I got back at four I can get my room key I didn’t get my key until 5:40 apparently the hotel has a contract with an airlines the manager gave out rooms to the airlines people I still had a view but no balcony his words “we need. Better house keepers what can I say” and walked off. The toilet was backed up for the whole last day the free breakfast was joke juice machine didn’t work only cold cuts mini mimuffins dry cereal and uncooked oatmeal and grits other than that it was ok only because of the beach and pool access

Check in was at 4pm. Did not get a room until 9:30pm. Rooms were not at all what is pictured on the website. The included breakfast is bad with eggs and bacon being an extra charge. The hotel is in a general state of disrepair. This is the Miami version of the Cecil hotel in L.A. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!

The A/C Never worked the entire time of our stay. Our room was hotter than the weather outside. No other room available to move us to they said. The Bar is a JOKE, we ordered 2 drinks and the bill was 56.00 When we questioned it he said sorry 46.00 That is 23.00 a Drink for a captain morgan and diet coke! When we went back to bar another day the bartender charged us 14.00 total for the same 2 drinks. TOTAL SCAMMERS Hotel is in a great Location, and the beach is wonderful. The owner of this hotel needs to Step it up and fix stuff. The Free Breakfast was OJ, and TOAST Like the entire counter was all Bread! Strange. They would put out a few pieces of fruit but if you wanted anything else their is a Fee.

Hotel rooms in left tower were very out dated and blow dryer didn’t work and the light in the bathroom was sketchy and furniture was out dated. But right tower seemed to be more renovated. But the pool was really nice and was the beach was right there

Terrible! Possibly the worst experience I’ve had at a hotel. Check in took over an hour because every single guest was experiencing the same problem as us. They did not receive the room they booked so the front desk had to spend hours arguing with every single guest. We booked a double queen ocean view room and received a double book barely ocean view. They wouldn’t even have told us it was different if we weren’t observant and noticed. When we asked about it, our options were to take the room we were offered with a waived resort fee or cancel and get a full refund. Not even offering to comp the price of the lower room we received. Front desk staff seem to have never had any education in customer service as they frequently left the desk unattended with no explanation to the mass of guests waiting to check in. Not only that, the only free part of the breakfast is bread and cheese and some ham if you’re lucky. Everything else costs money. The rooms are ancient and look like they haven’t been renovated in two centuries. We have rust in our bathtub and on our blow dryer. The water pressure in the sink is like a pitiful drip. I even worry about the cleanliness of the room. Not to mention that only one elevator works SOMETIMES for a hotel that’s over 9 stories tall.
