「Nice hotel, clean, simple breakfast, helpful staff, but room a bit small」

「We just stayed here for 2 nights as a family of 2 adults, 2 kids and 1 dog. We loved that this hotel was pet friendly, they even had treats, water and poop bags by the front door. The kids loved the pool. Staff was very friendly. The free breakfast buffet was perfect for an easy breakfast. The only downside of the stay was that we thought we were getting a one bedroom room however the bedroom is just 2 sliding doors and completely open at the top so we all could hear each other talking and it...

「Absolutely love this place… We enjoyed the touch of bananas and croissants with that lovely jam as well! It was absolutely stunning from your place… Beautiful restaurant down in Maple Bay! 2 mins away! I am a photographer and would love to send you some pics!!! Comfy bed and I would love to know where you got the ruffled lovely pillow cases!!! We will be back! The only thing I would suggest is maybe getting a screen door for the outside so you can open the door. There’s a lot of bugs can come in...

「Vesuvius is a pretty spot with some charming older cottages. On our neighbourhood walk we found a lovely trail to the beach, some sheep, stands of granola, flowers and friendly locals. It's not far to other amenities - we hiked Mt Erskine and loved the bakery 'Francis Bread'. We loved eating our meals on the patio at the condo. Thanks!」

「Nice private cottage in a great location. Had all the amenities required and we loved the hot tub. As mentioned before in some of other reviews it’s needs a deep clean, windows, curtains washed etc to make it shine. Garden around house need to be tidied up and trimmed up a bit to make it feel more loved.」

「In a lovely new neighborhood up in maple bay, we really enjoyed our little place while we attended a dance competition at the cowichan theater. Laundry, full kitchen, & a really nice fresh bread dropped off by the lovely hosts. I just wouldn’t ever want a hotel after this. Hosts were quick with responses to my questions. Grateful :)」
