We were told we would be called the day before to be informed if we could have one - they never communicated with us. Our cottage (43) also had terrible water pressure. 「This space had good separation of space, making it possible for people to step out for a nap. We had an unusually rainy day, and thus greatly appreciated the comfortable common space to read or play scrabble. The bbq is located in a covered deck, so we could still cook in the rain. 「Nice private cottage in a great location. Had all the amenities required and we loved the hot tub. As mentioned before in some of other reviews it’s needs a deep clean, windows, curtains washed etc to make it shine. 「In a lovely new neighborhood up in maple bay, we really enjoyed our little place while we attended a dance competition at the cowichan theater. Laundry, full kitchen, & a really nice fresh bread dropped off by the lovely hosts. I just wouldn’t ever want a hotel after this. Hosts were quick with responses to my questions. Grateful :)」
