“We live in Bayside and rented this home so our daughter could have senior week at our home with her friends. It was nicely updated and very clean, and included all linens. The use of the golf cart was also great! Located super close to SunRidge for tennis, pickleball, and pool!”

“This is an older beach cottage with some updates (floor, kitchen appliances), nice outdoor shower. We weren't expecting a luxury rental. Location is one block from the beach. Excellent. The 'yard' was useless as the water level was high and it was saturated/muddy almost up to the house. (it's basically a swamp). It's too bad a platform deck/patio wasn't available, it would have been nice to sit and look at the sunset/birds. The king bed was extra firm, difficult to sleep for us both. The AC was……

“The property is in a good location, and there are good amenities on property. You’re in a good location for going to Rehobeth, Lewes, and Ocean City. Plenty of parks to go hiking at and the beach is in easy walking distance. The only ding we had was that the shower curtain in one bathroom needs to be replaced, getting kind of moldy.”

“Planned to spend memorial weekend but had to leave the day after I arrived Andrea was very quick to refund me and I wasn’t expecting that but it was very much appreciated Love staying on the canal and it’s beautiful views”

“Cozy beach house with beautiful view! Saw fox, eagle, and many species of birds. Nicely decorated in light colors. I love that i could see the nature preserve and water from the small window in the shower! The bay and beach is a short walk, a few minutes away. Nice roomy deck and enclosed porch offered lovely evening breezes. Wonderful sunset from the deck every night. A quiet area with friendly neighbors.”

“My friends and I decided at the last minute to do a week-end at the beach. This place and was open and suited our needs as far as sleep accommodations, dogs allowed and walkable to the/a beach - especially one that allows dogs. Really glad it was available! We had a great trip and also enjoyed the Broadkill store and weekend donuts! If you need a little more excitement, Lewes, Henlopen, and Rehoboth/Dewey are not too far away.”

“We absolutely loved our stay at seaside. Great for the dogs to run on the beach. Close enough to everything but not too close. Lots of great food and fun in downtown Milton. Highly recommend if you’re looking for vintage North East beach vibes.”
