「Parking is too expensive, the hotel is too old, and there is no bottled water in the room, fortunately, it is very close to USCIS. I had to stay here to wait for the citizenship test the next morning.」

「The lighting is so bad for the room. You cannot see any books or documents in the room at night. It’s just so dark. The air conditioner is out of order in my room and I had asked hotel to check in the morning but when I back at night, nothing fixed and I have to go down to reception at night and ask to check again. The telephone in th e room is also out of order that’s why I cannot call from room to ask help! The breakfast is terrible, its buffet the choices of food are unbelievable little but...

「I rarely write reviews unless it’s excellent enough for me to wish this hotel the best and receive a great rating or in this case, not worth to the point that I hope no one else spends a cent on. I’ll point out the good and bad. I had an absolute fantastic experience with check in and front desk, they have been warm the entire time and helpful. However, walking inside the hotel, the sink was extremely small, water pressure was barely there, and the “clean towels” had boogers on them. I was...

「We came for a hospital appointment so our expectations were not too high. This hotel exceeded all of them. The front desk staff was friendly, the place is amazingly clean, the room was perfect, and the breakfast had so many yummy options. We will be returning in a few months and will definitely stay here again. Kudos to the staff!」
