「This is our third visit to Saletoga, and we were in the same Villa we had been in the past, which is now looking and feeling tired. Beds were uncomfortable, and small repair jobs needed to be completed, broken fan face (still operational) broken soap shelf detail (still usable). Small detail, toilet roll not replaced on arrival. 「Best place to stay in Samoa on Upolu. Staff are wonderful, can’t do enough to make you comfortable. We’ve stayed here before and have stayed at other resort on Upolu. We visited other top resorts for lunch and were so happy to return to Sinalei every day 」

「We did have a silent night until the cleaners make noises but we told them it’s too noises outside while we try to take a nap but they answered back with nonsense behavior but my husband told her that he will inform the manager but she said go ahead. Poor service and unpleasant people need to hired people who know how to create people and welcome them with warmth welcome. But I hope this place will be better next time. 」

「This was delightful hotel, a bit quirky and out of the way, but the staff were unfailingly helpful and friendly. Our room was comfortable and food tasty. The whole place could do with a bit of TLC and the menu updated as several choices were unavailable all week. That said, for a locally owned and run hotel it’s a bit of a gem and any faults forgiven as the staff are so good. Please visit!」

「Stayed in a beach Fales and was amazing. Right on the beach the sea underneath us at high tide. Back to basics loved the experience glamping the Samoan way. Star gazing and listening to the waves at night. Beautiful sunrise in the morning and watching the wildlife wake up. Good amenities and food was sort of ok. Would definitely recommend staying here on the beach. 」

「Great location for waves/ winds during October. You ca use the families boat for going to surf spots or arrange a pick up with the other surf guides who are near bye. William has the surfing bug and is keen to get out there with you. I had a great week, great adventure and lovely downntime. Which is what this Dad who had a week to him self needed. Thanks Male , Sina , Peter and your family.」

「The staff as always were Super friendly. This is the 2nd stay me and my family have had here. And they never disappoint. It was unfortunate our original room wasn’t available due to renovations. We were then upgraded to a bungalow. Probably wise of them to inform us prior to checking in via phone call.」

「The noise from some of the quests in the hotel went till 2:00am in the morning need to look into it and control by the hotel. The breakfast need to improved a little bit as well. Overal the rooms are very accomodate and comfortable. The staff were very helpful. Thank you Alec's Hotel.」
