“Everything is perfect. The reception welcome us and show the hotel amenities around and the the gentleman is so nice while I was checking out The breakfast time is a bit crowds because of the Oceanside tables but we sit there two days (staff there will try to arrange those tables for you) and the food is nice with many choices. Just one note when I leave a message through th QR code so they can deliver extra needs to the room, they did in the first time and miss the second message. 4.5 stars……

“Wonderful modern hotel. Had a room facing the pool and a package that included breakfast. I recommend both. Great modern music at the pool. It is walking distance to many bars, restaurants, shops, and the beach. The bars are loud at night and the noise may impact you, but we were able to sleep through it by our second night. ”

“Booked a studio apartment last minute for 3 nights. Smart hotel, good security. Very friendly staff. Lovely pools as well as an indoor pool. Comfortable outdoor area. Spacious well equipped room, we did end up in a disabled room despite full fitness! Did feel if you were disabled there was only a shower over the bath which was quite high to get into, not a problem for us though. Had a nice meal in the lovely restaurant. Good parking. ”

Pros: attentive and professional staff, prompt service, cleanliness of hotel and room, room insulation( for a hotel packed with kids, we never heard a peep while we were in our rooms), activities for kids, hotel shuttle that brings you to Old Town and the beach, variety of food, hours that meals were served, attention to detail (toiletries for kids, pillows for kids, water fountains and cups in every floor, kid-sized toilets and stools to reach the sink in the Kids……

“Very beautiful area, the best in Albufeira, nicely maintained gardens and swimming pools. A lot of kids making any attempt to swim impossible. Would be nice to have one lane in the heated pool for adults. ”

Petit bémol, sur le diner ou 30 euros (hors boisson) est très cher au vu du repas ou du buffet proposé (peu de choix, pizzas vraiment light etc) Cela contraste énormément avec le petit déjeuner ”

“Didn't spend a lot of time inside the hotel because there are so much to see in Algarve. Rooms are really spacious and clean with a huge balcony. A relaxing stay except the buffet dinner where you have to check in with the receptionist and then queue at a certain area to wait for seating. Food (not so hot) and ambiance are totally canteen-like. The next day we spent some more to eat at the Japanese restaurant next door which is good in terms of food and service - but you only get 15 Euro credit……
