「The toilet and toilet are broken, very bad experience」

「I had mentioned in my previous review that I couldn’t open the window, but that wasn’t fair because I hadn’t asked the front desk to help me. Once I did, they helped me and I had a perfectly good open window. However, I never could get the Wi-Fi working. I may have been able to if I had asked the front desk, but I wasn’t there long enough to be worth the bother. 」

「Few steps away from MOA.. friendly staff, need to change the carpet tho in the room. Elevator bit dark 」

「It took 45 minutes to wait for the shuttle bus. There is no free water battle in the room. 」

「Good location and free shuttle service is very convenient to travellers. However, the hotel holds my credit card credit for USD100 as security deposit, but the deposit was not reversed although I have checked out. This should have been done when I checked out .」

「I had stayed in this hotel for than 10 times, it’s located at a very convenient location which is very close to MOA and airport, and except shuttle bus service. 」

「I enjoyed the contemporary unique ambiance of the property. There are plenty of excellent places to eat and hang within reasonable walking distance of the hotel, with the plus that it’s in a neighborhood rather than a downtown. I like the vibe of the Lynlake area. The lobby bar was understaffed the night I was there but it has a nice selection of spirits. They offer a complimentary Welcome Beverage to start off your stay.」

「Easy access to MoA. Close to MSP. Suite was a little dated. Overall, was OK. Liked this better than attached Tru due to larger room size. 」

「We stayed here because it was close to the airport. They provide an excellent shuttle service to and from the airport where you can leave your car in their parking lot for less than what it would cost you to park at the airport. The shuttle to the airport is basically a 10 minute drive. And the shuttle leaves every 30 minutes. Getting picked up was also a breeze. We called the number provided to us and about 5 minutes later, they arrived. Our room was reasonably priced and had a restaurant...
