Room was not clean - breast milk in the fridge, sausage link on the floor. Mold was growing in the bathroom caulking and there were some ants. The large vent in the room hadn’t been cleaned in years and was extremely loud.

The pool was extremely dirty cloudy and floating particles i didnt even swim. The site says free breakfast and there wasnt so i checked out at 6am my daughter woke up with 3 bug bites swollen and red. When i checked out the staff told me to have a good night at 6am!! I think they were drunk. Also was told my deposit would be released after i checked out and didnt get it! This is a hotel that is targeted for families and it was disgusting. Absolutely wont recommend again or stay at again this hotel has potential if their staff actaully took care of it. 0 out of 10.

I am absolutely furious about what happened to my family during what was supposed to be our first family trip. We traveled from Illinois expecting a safe place to stay, and instead experienced a complete nightmare because of this hotel’s failure to protect its guests. On the night of February 13th, around midnight, I woke up to discover that a man was INSIDE our hotel room while my wife and our two young sons were sleeping. I began screaming because there was a complete stranger in the room where my children were sleeping. No father should ever have to wake up to that kind of terror. This is an unforgivable security failure. A hotel should be a place where families feel protected, not a place where strangers can gain access to occupied rooms in the middle of the night. We felt completely unsafe, violated, and abandoned by the hotel’s lack of security and response. This wasn’t just a ruined trip—it was traumatic. It destroyed our Valentine’s Day weekend and left my wife and children shaken and afraid. We checked out early because there was absolutely no way I was keeping my family in a building where someone was able to enter our room unnoticed. I would never recommend this hotel to families or anyone who values their safety. Management needs to explain how something this dangerous was even possible and take serious action to make sure it never happens again. Until then, this hotel is not safe. Our trust is gone, and the emotional impact of this experience will stay withus

The room was nice and the hotel was very clean. I was not aware that I had to pay an additional $10 per day to park my car there as there was nothing explaining that the park, sleep and fly rate was already what I had purchased. Coming home tried calling the hotel a number of times to get picked up by their shuttle and had to find other transportation as we could not get ahold of anyone to pick us up.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and we were not told that there was no housekeeping. No trash pick up no towels. There was a small waterpark with zero staff present many kids not being supervised. There were no towels at the pool Sunday. When I contacted the front desk about housekeeping I was told it would be taken care of on the 3rd day. Not the case. Anytime the front desk was contacted we were made to feel like an inconvenience. I 10/10 do not recommend this place. Our best service was at the cafe in the morning all of those people were great, but literally no other staff. When I called for the second time to get towels I asked for 4 got 3 and the girl bringing them was eating potato chips

Wasn’t informed air wasn’t working. Didn’t drop below 77 in the room. After calling front desk saying there was someone popping balloons and also blowing whistles (maybe especially right now those things shouldn’t be happening), my poolside sliding door was pounded on aggressively until my husband answered at 11:00 PM! It scared myself and my family awake. And it was just for them to ask us if we had had a party in our room. We had not. It was just the four of us. All this and the hot tub was broken. I understand things happen but this just seemed like a whole lot of things and not how I wanted to spend my birthday.

Overall we a had a very nice stay here. Pool was definitely a hit with the kids. Would stay again. House keeping said they come every 3 days, but didn't come during our 5 night stay, but no big deal. Location is perfect when going to and from the Mall and Nickelodeon.

The pool area was cold. The first night I stayed that was the whole reason of me getting the reservation at this hotel was for the pool access, but it was cold. The room hardly hold any heat as well. The hallways were cold.

The room was fine. The biggest issue was not having any towels in the pool area. When we informed the front desk they said, "It's going to be a hot minute. House keeping just showed up." This was a 10am. The pool opened at 8. That was very disappointing.

Pool area was disgusting nobody cleaned anything. Also there were never any towels in the pool area, had to pay to park, and had to switch rooms to the opposite side of the hotel due to an extremely loud heating system. Another small thing vending machine water was $5 ridiculous price. Won't be coming back here.

The room was fine. The pool and wading pool, however, were incredibly disappointing. The water in both was freezing cold. My kids will swim through anything but even they could only handle it for a short while. The hot tub was disgusting. No chemical or water temperature could make that thing look desirable. We ended up leaving without staying the night.
