「We came to Tybee for a quick getaway, and this was a perfect place to relax, watch the sunrise and sunset, and just a short walk over the dunes to the beach. The unit was clean, comfortable and well laid out. The Southern Belle property management team was quick to respond to any questions and efficient with check-in instructions, etc. Would stay here again!」

「Location and amenities (pool, restaurant and beach) were the best things about this condo. Decor and space was nice. However, we had to sweep and mop when we arrived. The floor was very dirty and looked as if it had not been cleaned. We lost power for about 6 hours one of our nights there while sleeping. And in addition, there was a wire exposed on the doorbell which caused the indoor unit to heat up. My husband noticed a burn mark on the wall and the doorbell cover. This is a huge safety issue...

「This property is great! The check in process is different, but went fine. Upon checking in our room’s exterior door had no lock. Management immediately moved us into a nearby room that was just as nice. Communication with management was amazing! The pool was awesome, plenty of seating. Easy access to the beach. They offer rentals of beach chairs, wagons, umbrellas, beach toys, and more. So convenient and affordable. They delivered the beach chairs right to our room! Plenty of entertainment and...

「We stayed just to hang out downtown a few days off. Location was amazing, building staff were all great. Home was as nice in person as pics, the screened in porch was nice. It was in the 80s and we were VERY comfortable with the HVAC despite the building maintenance being in charge of AC per previous reviews from others. Don't let that scare ya... this place is amazing and easy as pie getting in and out... very affordable parking near by, we Opted for the covered parking a few blocks over for...

「We truly enjoyed our stay at this upscale second floor loft property. Exactly as pictured, and the layout is ideal with the master bedroom bath separated on opposite ends of the unit from the guest quarters. Beautifully furnished with comfy beds. Easy walk to nearby restaurants and attractions. Recommend finding secure garage to park car for vehicle safety.」

Everything was clean, well stocked, and the bed/furnishings are comfortable. Susan was quick to communicate with if you ever need anything. We already booked another year!」
