“It was awesome for our gurls weekend ”

“This place was so adorable and accommodating. If you have babies their was a crib waiting and bikes. It was so close to dowton. I will definitely come back here . I loved it and the beds were super comfy!!”

“Great place very close to downtown Greenville’s entertainment district. We stayed one night to break up a long drive from NC to Atlanta and had everything we needed. Very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Excellent communication from the host. Would definitely stay again next time I’m in the area.”

“Comfortable unit, central convenient location. Owner accurate re street noise but would still stay here again.”

“Property was not cleaned, had to clean myself. Trash was left in both bath bins. Had ants in kitchen. Strong pet odor in master bedroom caused my kids to sneeze and 1 kid had itching every day. Fridge had food in it and was dirty. Washer and dryer were both full with laundry. Couch has stains. As do the mattresses, pillows, box springs. Baseboards throughout the apartment were dirty. HVAC return vent was dirty. Left a day early because of the conditions.”

“This was our first stop on a 2-week Southern Tour with our pup of the western Carolinas and upper Georgia. This resort was quite nice for a weekend of biking the Swamp Rabbit Trail and exploring downtown. Nice to be able to do our laundry and bed was very cozy. Very comfortable and clean overall. All that we expected for an in the city weekend stay.”

“This property is in an excellent location with walking to restaurants and downtown. The property was clean but very dated. Historic in this case means OLD. Old furniture, doors that don’t close properly, kitchen that is not set up for cooking, lumpy bed and generally old stuff. It resembles my grandma’s house in the 1960’s.”

“Nice spot south of downtown within walking distance of everything. We showed a little early and the host was nice enough to let us in early. Clean, internet TV, bikes to ride, and all the other amenities of home. We will be back.”

“The house was in good shape and was clean. It was as described, besides the backyard being shared with the duplex nextdoor. The check-in process was easy and the host responded quickly and was flexible. He helped us when we had to make a last minute change in plans and accommodated us.”

“Exactly as advertised. Fully appointed kitchen. Not really set up for children but plenty of room for a pack-n-play. Wi-fi was great and the bed was very nice. The owner was available and exceptionally accommodating.”

“This is my 2nd time staying at this rental-this time was with my mom and sister for Mother's Day Weekend. It was a super easy check-in and out process, location was perfect, communication with rental company was great and the rental itself was perfect!”
