"It was our first stay at this hotel in Hong Kong and it didn’t disappoint at all. Our Suite was spacious and clean, staff were amazing and the shuttle to MTR and Airport was a big plus for us.
Breakfast was pretty good and we enjoyed it every day.

"All was good except the Lounge Staff. I felt like I was not welcome there. Ordered 2 beers and a cheese platter. Waited 20 minutes after the beer and no cheese platter. When I asked about it, the guy was non-caring and relied with a "will bring it now". I told him to forget it and left.
He Tried getting a tip as well. :).
After that, I ordered room service and the service was Excellent!"
"Overall my stay was pretty good except the room was a bit small for two, and there was no outlet for the hairdryer in the bathroom. There were plenty of choices for the breakfast. I don’t think there is any airport shuttle; however, airport bus A21 stop is just steps away from the hotel."
"Convenient location right across from the museum and the famous stars bridge. Area surrounded by shops, restaurants and indoor food malls. Walking distance to the subway as well. My room has a beautiful view of the water and the opposite town, at night can see the laser light show from the buildings across the water."
"The Harbor View rooms make this hotel worth staying. Rooms a typical small, basic rooms but that's fine. Location is perfect for attending fairs in HK. Breakfast is very basic and quality is on the lower side. That said, I stay here twice per year and will continue to do so."
"Not sure when this property opened. It is in as new condition. Room was not large, but made perfect use of available space. Perfect for a night in transit at Hong Kong International Airport. After receiving booking confirmation the hotel provided very specific information regarding the free shuttle along with other options to get to the property. Shuttle worked well in both directions."
"It’s seen better days .
Only positives - staffing very friendly dealing with hordes of people, Starbucks (!), great place to just drop things off and venture into city, great place to take photos.
Otherwise, I booked a city view (windows were dirty), elevators were hit and miss (my elevator card didn’t work the first day and staff had a really long queue), dark hallways, smelled of strong cleaning detergent, and the bed felt like lying on sheetrock. I wouldn’t stay here again…"
