"Close to airport "

"I booked a luxury stay for myself and my kids when we learned we were facing an extended layover. Then I booked the car. The driver informed me my map was incorrect the travel time would be a huge investment, leaving us two hours to check in and relax before we would have to return to the airport for our flight. So withing the hour of booking i was informed refunds are not in the policy. I was surprised the hotel never offered any ammends. This is not reflecting luxury treatment. Book elsewhere. "

"Excellent location being close to both the airport and right on top of a shopping mall (with premium outlet shops) and subway station. Yet, the rooms are very quiet and the bedding excellent. The only thing I d point out is that the furniture felt a little worn out, but you really have to look to find out. Overall a great hotel if you need to be close to the airport. The breakfast buffet is great value for money with an excellent choice of meat, dim sums, bread, eggs, cereals, everything you'd expect from a hotel buffet. Breakfast wasn't included in my room and I paid HKD 130 for it, which, by HK standard, is very cheap for a hotel buffet."

"Room was clean, staff was great, food options were incredible, excellent stay! The pools were all empty (including at other hotels) because of the offseason, but other than that, would love to come back! Everyone was extremely kind and the food was delicious!"

"For a traditional Disney hotel it is very good. Great location for a visit to Disneyland either on a bus or walking. Great location also to the train network to go and explore other parts of Hong Kong. Staff were very nice. Hotel restaurants were good. I would say that the property itself and rooms feel a little tired and in need of a refresh compared with the other two Disney properties. Also due to it being low season the outside pool and space was closed for maintenance. Overall I think good price for a Disney property compared to pricing in the US. "

"Fantastic hotel and lovely helpful staff. Amazing room stayed in the deluxe. Only downside was that hotel bar was not open and the pool was shut for our stay. But we were able to use bar and indoor pool in other Disney hotel"

"Nice hotel and room. Disappointing that the pool, which is such a strong feature of this hotel was closed. Reception staff were quite aloof and not very welcoming. Not a big deal but just saying it as we found, great location for public transport, bus stop right outside."
