The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.」

「The hotel was lovely! Perfect location! Easily walkable from the parking garage, piazza bra, and tour bus pickup. Had plenty of outlets for charging devices. Breakfast was delicious and well worth the extra 10 Euro. They have a lift. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. And this hotel was Inexpensive! English was well spoken here, which held us a lot.
