Having our own private pool was a dream as well as access to the private beach. We never had to wait for a boat to go back to the main resort. Hope to come back soon!」

「Casa Cordoba Baru is a lovely place to visit for a quiet, relaxing break from everyday life. While the rooms are comfortable and clean, don’t go expecting luxury. This is a place to get away from it all. If you don’t enjoy just taking it easy and lounging, it may not be for you. The amenities at the resort are simple and there isn’t any place to go on Baru proper. But if you’re looking for ease and relaxation, I highly recommend it. My girlfriend and I would definitely visit again.」

「The beach was beautiful, our room was nice and the staff were great however the property was just missing something, needed more music with dinner etc and some activities to be included ie bikes and kayaks. Limited food options for vegetarian which was hard bc you’re fairly isolated from other restaurants etc. we had a good stay but these things definitely could have taken it from good to great」

「This is a special place surrounded by natural beauty. Location is amazing with the ocean on both sides of this small hotel. It offers many water activities including scuba, snorkel, swim and Kyack. The ocean is warm and turquoise color. It is quiet and hotel doesn’t take a big group of day trippers. The food is home cooked island meals and very good.
