「Check in 手續時間太長，手續比較繁複」

「The owner is not kind or friendly, I had to wait in rain around 40 minutes before a kind neighbor arrived and helped, no bed is ok but tatami and everything is short, I’m 5’8 only and I had to try sleeping in half moon position, no bathroom attached bed room, at night time you have to go down into a very steep stairs which is dangerous, no taxi can enter the premise and will not come to get you. 」

「新築なのかな？建物はすごくキレイで清潔感がありました。 布団や食器も全てキレイでした。 リビングと隣りの和室も広くて2家族で泊まりましたが十分な広さでした。 一台分の駐車場がまあまあ狭くて、うちのワゴン車を停めるのには少し苦労しました。 すぐ近くにコインパーキングもあるので、もう一台はそちらに停めました。」

「we would prefer to have been able to communicate with any staff or owner prior to getting there. the house was beautiful, complete kitchen. very clean. the rooms were enough for us. the living room was a plus, allowed us to talk and bond, better if there were two showers, one shower for a family of 9 was rather difficult.」

「I checked out and then headed off to tokyo, only to realized after i arrived at tokyo that i forgot my backpack near the stairs of the building. forgot it while i was moving other luggage. called our host and she immediately helped find my backpack and contacted me within a few minutes after she found it. super helpful. 」

「Hygiene of this property was horrible! The property was full of insects and dirt. Bugs and spiders were everywhere - on dining table, on floor, on wall and even on the bed - literally a bug house! We were scared by a giant spider on the bed. It is beyond a normal hygiene problem but constitutes a safety concern for residents. Nevertheless, most terrifying and disappointing thing is the attitude and response of the property manager. We tried to contact the owner and asked for cleaning the dead...

「テレビ(地上波)が見れないのは不満です。 冷蔵庫やキッチンに前の宿泊者の残した食品、飲み物が置かれていた。不衛生なので撤去してほしい。」

「体が不自由な人には適さない宿でしたが、温泉が最高でした♪ 車が何台かでの 大人数での宿泊でも駐車スペースの心配はありません。また機会があれば利用したいです。」

「I booked 3 days to stay in this property. We decided on the first day that it is not for us and refunded the last day. Cons: To start, the walk to the property is the furthest walk on the entire street practically only up hill walking. It is quite annoying to get anywhere if you want to leave the property. The laundry machine is broken and leaks everywhere, leading to badly washed clothes and a wet floor. The beds were wet before we entered the villa. We tried to sleep, but too moist to...
