“Very nice apartment ”

“Excellent location and a lovely property. had initial hiccup with the Nuki app but got the timely help. A bit noisy in the night but that’s expected as the property is in the town centre. Parking available at 5 minutes walk which costed £20 for a day. would have been £15 if we had used the parking app which we didn’t know about. Need to have the phone on charge all the time and data for Bluetooth as the entry into the property depends on this. Would definitely visit again”

“Large spacious apartment with a number of separate rooms/living spaces. Kitchen was well appointed, with several supermarkets in easy reach - watch out for Sunday closing though. Three different eating spaces in the flat, including a sunny roof terrace up about three flights of stairs. Very convenient location for all tourist spots in Jerez - we only needed to use our car once: everywhere else was within walking distance. Many restaurants and bars nearby. José was a perfect host: very helpful……

“The host Beatriz made our stay most enjoyable. We had no hot water for a couple of days but Beatriz dealt with the problem immediately. The indoor parking space is tight. The one thing that was disappointing is that there is no Wi Fi and we had to go to the local library to get our emails.”

“There was a terrible set of instructions on how to get to the property with 3 addresses none of which were accurate. When we finally opened the door there is an “aroma de drains”. There was no coffee machine, toilet paper refuse sacks or wine glasses. The toaster tripped the main fuse. The pool is closed until mid June. The apartment is opposite the pool and garden maintenance area, so plenty noise. On the plus side? Fabulous location Excellent bus routes to town and Cadiz Good restaurants……

“Hicimos la reserva porque había disponibilidad, la pagamos y supuestamente todo en orden. No teníamos noticia ninguna y escribimos al propietario, que tampoco daba respuesta. Al final la plataforma se tuvo que poner en contacto con el. Un día antes un mensaje diciendo: lo siento, no está disponible. Habíamos pagado yo. La solución que nos dio Vrbo fue una pensión de mala muerte en una ubicación en un pueblo de interior. No vuelvo a confiar en esta plataforma y ya os digo que este propietario es……

“Ruhige, sehr gepflegte Anlage, mit PKW 3min zum Strand, 15 min zu Fuß durch nahen Platanenwald. Küche könnte ein wenig mehr Ausstattung haben. Anlage und eigener überdachter Parkplatz durch elektr. Tor gesichert. Strand und Umgebung wunderschön.”

“This apartment is very nice, perfectly located, and better than advertised. We recommend parking in the underground garage across the main road along the coast. It's very close and much easier than looking for on street parking as (like most European cities) the streets are narrow and crowded. The host is very pleasant and responsive. Would highly recommend.”

“Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung von Veronika sehr genossen. Veronika war stets hilfsbereit und interessiert. Das Appartement ist zauberhaft und die Terasse grosszügig mit einem tollen Blick in den Garten. Die Strände in und in der Nähe von Conil sind sagenhaft. Und auch kuturelle Möglichkeiten gibt es nicht zu knapp. Vielen Dank für alles.”

“Nous avons beaucoup aimé cet appartement, surtout sa terrasse. L'hôte nous a très bien accueilli et nous a fourni beaucoup d'informations sur la ville et la région. Par contre, le stationnement gratuit cause problème. Par chance, il y a beaucoup de stationnement payant. Je recommande sans hésitation ce logement. ,”

“Visite d'étape”

“Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft. Es gibt zwei Dachterassen und viel Platz draussen. Die Heizung hat uns im März gut gewärmt. Gutes Internet gab es auch. Wir waren etwas überrascht, dass wir zusätzlich und vorab noch einen Mietvertrag unterschrieben sollten. Wir sollten die Status quittieren, waren aber leider noch in Deutschland. Der Prozess ist etwas eigenartig, aber wir haben uns dann einigen können (daher ein Punkt Abzug). Ansonsten war es ein toller Aufenthalt!”

“El apartamento es muy cómodo: 2 hab amplias y 2 cuartos de baño, A.A. centralizado y una terraza enorme con un toldo; aparte de la piscina de agua salada y una plaza de aparcamiento subterránea. Está a 700 m de la playa (8 min) si te vas por el camino entre los hoteles, y a 10 min de la zona de bares del pueblo, andando por supuesto. Totalmente recomendable si quieres disfrutar de unos días en la playa de Conil.”
