「Initial disappointment quickly corrected and huge effort made to make our visit special, great Ayurveda spa and yoga. 」

「Really not enjoyed, it was never informed renovation going on in tg8s hotel. If it was known never booked. Paid a hefty amount much higher than hotels in down town. Never expected and disappointing.」

「Hospitality was good. Weather was horrible. Couldn’t have chosen a bad time to visit Bekal. Food was amazing though. Activities within the Resort were limited but had a pleasant stay.」

「A lovely backwater stay. Beautiful grounds. We really enjoyed the boat ride. The restaurant was the only disappointment. Despite repeated communication that one person did not want hot food and assurances that they would alter the food, it was still too spicy hot to eat.」

「Pool needs to be really improved, a lot of updates can be done, for example bath tub had scratches/peeling paint on them. Access to beach from hotel would be a plus.」

「Grounds are beautiful and plenty of area to walk. Occasionally power outages would reset the air conditioning system and I needed to put in the temperature again which was inconvenient during the night. The outage would also blow the fuse so the lights would not turn on. The staff was quick to fix the issue.Service was excellent.」
