「旅店有5层楼高，房间在4楼，没有电梯，厕所，洗浴在3楼，门卡搞不好就消磁，住了一晚上上下下三次，晚上上厕所也被关在门外，床塌陷严重，是很严重，有厨房，能煮食，但厨具就无法忍受，锅都是锈，有如马路边的废品，没有吃饭用刀叉，防火门出来进去啪啪响，早餐牛奶，面包，果酱，荞麦片，前台小哥服务还不错，地点好，离巴士站不远。21磅的12人间，心里有点冤」

「Brilliant property! Really clean, excellent checking in and service throughout our stay. Only downside is the information given for parking. We ended up paying £28 because it wasn’t explained to us that it was free after a certain time. Should have cost us £8. Private parking company so nothing reception could do.」

Comfy bed great stay right next to tram station
"One of the receptionist seems a little cheeky and wasn’t very helpful or friendly as such. The slimmer figure with long straight hair one was nicer. Sorry didn’t catch their names. The room size is not huge, a little bit like what you would expect compared to staying in London. Toilet hanging bar got a little rusty. But a part from that the room is clean and nice bed. Curtain is dark enough for a good sleep. The building is located at the side of the street so not noisy at all. If it wasn’t for the receptionist I would happy to provide 5* overall. "
