「We love staying at Ali'i Villa condos, and Paul's condo was no exception. We love having the washer/dryer, and the designated parking spot. We had everything we needed for our Big Island stay. Paul was so accommodating when we had a little issue while there. He did everything he could do to remedy the situation in a timely and friendly manner. 「My husband and I stayed here for 4 days -the condo was in a great location and was well stocked with stuff for the beach. The bed was comfortable but it did get a bit hot and stuffy without AC….after a day we got more use to the heat. The roof top deck was great and my husband swam in the pool. It was nice to stay in a neighborhood and be able to walk everywhere. Would definitely stay here again.」

「My seven-year-old twins, and I loved the space. It was cozy and provided very easy access to all the downtown Kona activities. If my kids had their way, they would’ve been in the heated pool 12 hours a day. Marc even provides some of the beach essentials, such as a beach umbrella, cooler and chairs. Highly recommend the space.」

「Overall this is a good place to stay. I gave it 4 stars because the parking was stressful. As stated in previous reviews the parking fills up pretty early. 「My husband and I stayed here for 11 days. It was an easy walk along Ali’i road to get to the shoreline, restaurants, a great farmer’s market and shopping. We arrived in the dark and had difficulty finding the driveway entrance as the signs were not lit and partially obscured by the shrubbery. Luckily, when we actually parked on the wrong side of the complex, we ran into the manager and he explained where the driveway off of Kuakini Hiway was.
