「The Manager was so good about our feedback and gave us a refund and apologised. We had a bungalow with paper thin walls and the Airconditioning was not keeping up with the heat outside. Plus we had a mob of polish peeps that decided at 12 midnight they would carry on around the pool area until 2:30am getting drunk and talking yelling at each other with no respect for anyone else!」

「服務人員十分友善，幫我們換成了雙人床的房間。飯店位置離烏布市場不遠，交通便利。房間整潔。缺點就是隔音效果不佳，隔壁房間使用馬克杯的碰撞聲都能聽見，隱私程度稍微差了點。」
