「Staff at Grand Hotel Duomo were friendly and helpful, even when we messed up our reservation. The restaurant on the top floor is lovely. The hotel is dated which isn't an issue, but the bathrooms need some attention.」

「Stay overall was very good, very friendly staff, flexible checkin, affordable price, bed was very comfortable. I got a big balcony with the mountains view. The only small drawback was noisy fridge, but I didn’t need it. Overall definitely will recommend to stay, if you don’t own a car, there is always electric bicycles around so you can easily get to the city center enjoying the ride.」

「The place was clean and the common bathrooms weee always refreshed. The staff is not there and everything is automatic, and there are not common areas. The surrounding areas are quiet, despite very close to city centre, and you have plenty of restaurants and shops. 」

「Another fantastic stay at this lovely hotel. This time we had our 6 month old with us. The staff were really friendly, helpful and kind, especially with the baby. We were given recommendations for restaurants and provided anything we needed. 」
