「Right across SM City which helps with shopping and dining. The location cannot be beat. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Very clean. The only downside will be the toiletries: the dispenser is difficult to operate for those with hand mobility issues. Low quality of the shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Such a shame. I will still use the property but I will bring my own toiletries!!」

「I've stayed here many times, and this time it was truly disappointing... their internet had always been slow... but at least it's free and available... on this trip, I only discovered that the hotel's internet is down after I checked in... had I known, I would've moved to another hotel. And when inquired about a refund, they said their internet is ok, the fault is the service providers, thus no refund or compensation will be offered...」

「We booked a 2 day stay in this hotel. The room is old with fruit flies and mosquitoes. The entire hotel was hot and the pool not working. Although I must admit the staff were pleasant but the entire condition is quite unbearable we ended up booking another hotel and moved out the following day 」

We've been to different locations of Days Hotel Wyndham but Days Hotel Iloilo City is so far the best in those aspects I mentioned above.
