「Hotel is convenience and rarely free parking nearby Center of Liverpool One (10 mins walk). Famous fast food shops (McDonald and KFC) just located opposite to the hotel.」

「No problems with anything. Yes, we knew about the breakfast bag - no complaints there. But trying to sleep when the only light for the bathroom reflects through the mirror onto the bed. Fit a dimmer switch, or move the mirror onto the opposite side by the bathroom door - or, fit one of those small blue lights in the bathroom, which allows you to see at night without disturbing anyone else in the hotel room.」

「去年五月來住過，今次重遊一連住了五晚。 經驗所得，向大馬路的房間車聲較嘈吵，去年職員送給我一對耳塞. 於是要求埃及接待員給予較寧靜的房間，謝謝他的幫忙, 服務態度良好! 」

「被坑了，离市中心那么远还那么贵，提前若干天订的是81镑，付钱入住以后发现有52镑的，酒店设施很陈旧，进去的时候居然还有一盒没吃完的披萨没有收。简直就是垃圾！」
