“入住前幾日已經不停問我甚麽時間到，由email隔左一陣就直接whatapp 我，因為太遲要另外收費，都明白嘅，本身2:00 check in，咁我同佢講下午3:00會到，但當我去到時上到房時，職員原來還未清潔好，還問我幾點會Check out，咁我答朝早8:00，然後職員要多半小時左右先清潔完，我都算了，等一等，咁到第二日中午我問職員會否有人來清潔，結果到當晚冇人回覆，毛巾唯有用回前一晚，算了，到第二日我離開時都沒人回應我，咁我就whatsapp番職員，結果我回港後4日後都沒人回覆我，只顯示係兩個　✅，已讀不回，其實我都只係要覆一個ok啫，其實不用煩不用錢的”

“Excellent conditions and super nice and helpful staffs. Well equipped kitchen including dish washing machine. Big size room with washing/drying machine which is great for me. The air conditioner only work in warm mode because of the winter setting, that make us too hot especially during the sleep. ”

“Worst experience in my travels! Arrived late at darkened building with no signage of place at entrance. Impossible to enter; however, store owner next door opened entrance and pointed to dark area to go to. I entered a darkened plaza area, walked down corridor, and knocked on guest door. Guest directed me to manager. Manager refused to speak to me @ my guaranteed reservation for 2 nights, and told me Sold Out! Lucia, the manager spoke in Italian to guest saying it was late and there is no……

“This was a very large one bedroom accommodation and had good air conditioning. Upon our entry into the apartment, the door handle fell off. We did call and they came to fix within 30 minutes. It appeared bright and clean, but upon further inspection, there were spilt coffee stain on the table and the soaps and shampoos were not removed from shower from prior guests. But NO bed bugs - beds were clean and comfy. There was a fan in the hallway that we moved into our room. No laundry soaps or……
