“Staying at the Reuben Diamond house was a perfect choice for our trip to New Hampshire. The house perfectly captured the essence of New England and all it had to offer. The combination of it’s historic charm and modern comfort is tough to achieve, but our host did it perfectly! Beds were very comfortable, place was absolutely spotless, and the grounds made for a beautiful, quiet getaway. 5 stars all around.”

“We loved our stay at this cozy home. My husband and I stayed there for six nights. they were very accommodating to our needs . the house had everything we needed. It s two bedrooms, two baths was the perfect size for us . We were able to have meals and cook or go out to each. in a wonderful fireplace. Beautiful views. Everything we needed was close . “There’s a sign in the kitchen that says “Our Happy Place.” The rooms were spacious, beds were comfy, we had a nice lunch and dinner prepared from the fully equipped kitchen, dogs can easily access fenced(?) deck from the living room while we all played games(host provided). Coming from the city, we all felt very close to nature because of it’s location and view from kitchen, dining and family room. Even our dog didn’t want to leave the front yard while on a long lead. Megan was the perfect……

“This was an awesome place to stay and unwind. John was a great host and helped us get settled in quickly. It was nice that he provided a boat, kayak, and paddle boat to enjoy the river with. This location is very quiet and relaxing. All the conveniences of a small town are just a short easy drive away. I would recommend this vacation spot to anyone.”

“We absolutely loved our stay. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful, the water access on the property is lovely, the wood stove is incredibly cozy, and we loved the easy access to Concord and Manchester.”

“If you are seeing a concert at Bank of NH pavilion, look no further. Venue is a quick walk (no more then 10 minutes) on a tiny, lit path behind the motel. Steps away from a gorgeous beach with chairs provided. We were so happy we came a day early to enjoy it. Lake view from the balcony. Place was not fancy by any means but very clean and had everything you may need. We will be back!”

“We enjoyed the property. Clean & nicely decorated. We were warned about the street noise & it was definitely noticeable, the white noise machine was appreciated by the couple staying in the front room. We had a bit of a hard time communicating with the property managers regarding check in time, empty propane tanks & missing toiletries. In the end they did end up providing propane, shampoo, conditioner and body wash after we asked for it. I felt the listing saying toiletries provided was……

“We stayed her with our five kids and a dog. The place had a great game room set away from the living room for our three teenage boys to hang out in and be boys. The girls had the living room so plenty of space when they needed a break from each other. It was pretty expensive tho. Figured it would be nice to have toilet paper, some dishwasher tabs, paper towels...basic stuff that most vrbo homes to start out with. All in all it good stay.”

“Although it looks afar on maps, it is actually within walk distance of Concord downtown. And it is quite close to Common Man restaurant & bar, a very familial dining place. So I highly recommend this Comfort Inn.”
