“Host was very responsive & attentive from the start. Location is 10min walk from the lake in a quiet, serene neighborhood. Place is a bit small but was perfect for me and my parents. No TV was a positive for us as it increased interaction with my family and nephews who came to visit. Only issue we had was not having any hot water but the host responded immediately and resolved issue within a few hours. Thank you for being a godsend after our initial listing turned out to be a fake.”

“Just one recommendation.... The tub in hall bathroom upstairs, very slippery. The tub seems to be on a slant, easy to slip. Maybe place a slip resistance mat in tub. They are about $4.00 at Dollarama Other than that, loved the area. Best part... Loved the Birds singing and chirping outside”

The only downside was that we were not able to access the pool and gym as they are not available to VRBO visitors. This was not mentioned in the listing. “The condo was clean, all amenities as listed were there. Everything you need is super close. 15 minute walk to HHOF and Rogers Center. Security at the front entrance. Host was responsive. Some people might not like that there is some street noise but that comes with any place that is in a downtown area. Only reason not 5 stars is the bed was very squeaky and worn.”

“We liked the location and price For sleeping, as we were 4 adults and 3 older teenagers the beds were less comfortable for us. “This was a great little house - more than enough space for our family of 4. This house could comfortably sleep 9, though the ceilings on the lower floor might be too low for people over about 5'8-9". We loved the large common areas and back deck and yard. It was great to have a second bathroom for the kids. Kitchen supplies were fairly basic but there are many good places to eat within a short drive (or walk in good weather). The host was easy to reach with a minor problem getting into the house……

“The checking in process was ok. The garage is a bit confusing at first and someone was in our parking spot, the property manager was not able to confirm that we could park somewhere else (it was a whole thing). Not sure if the property manager van make basic decisions for thr owner which took the parking thing a long time to figure out. The condo is nice but it has a super small table so if you are greater than 3 its not to useful. There are three beds they arent large or small, the room by the……

“I booked this property for my friends & I for my sisters birthday! The renovations & modernness of the house was absolutely stunning. The marble wall with the fireplace was to die for. They also have those fancy toilets in all the washrooms as well (the high end ones with heated toilet seating & all the functions) which was also awesome! Location was convenient, not too far from shops etc. Nice neighbourhood, and very comfy beds. All in all we absolutely adored our stay & had a wonderful time.……

“The Property owner made every effort to help us get in and was involved in the check in and check out and when we left a couple of shirts behind, he offered to mail them out to us. He took a couple of challenging circumstances and made it right and prompted me to write a positive review. !”
