「I left a response with the Duty Manager on the horrendous attitude and service of staff at Jose Spanish Restaurant and he said he would get back to me. After few days till after check out there is no response. Keep in mind I’m a Hilton Diamond Member so not sure what non members might get 」

「沙灘泳池都有冰水服務，皇宮內的餐廳服務人員都很棒，都會依照客戶需求滿足，也都會主動詢問用餐的感受，入住之後都是賓至如歸的感受. 門禁方面也很嚴格, 非住戶都會適當的過濾在公共區域, 避免影響住戶.各項設施齊全, 裝潢氣派, 從西到東邊的區域有一公里長, 也在海岸邊設有電動車接駁」

「预订的两间房分开了8层楼，而且都是尾房，更莫名其妙的是无烟房内有烟灰缸还有明显的烟味，跟服务台反映问题后也没有任何回复。淋浴水小而且温度很低。非常不满意。」

「Très bel hôtel, proposant de belles vues depuis les chambres (que ce soit sur le Palace ou côté mer). L’hôtel est calme, il y est agréable d’y flâner ou encore d’y boire un verre. Le personnel est très attentionné, très discret. La salle de gym est très bien équipée, avec des machines de musculation de haute qualité et des poids libres, des espaces cardio / étirement. Notre seul regret : ne pas y avoir séjourné plus longtemps ! 」

「We'd a bad experience as first because the every night music noise created by Irish pub which is opposite to our hotel. It started from night till 3-4 am every night. We can't resist even having ear block while our kids can't fall sleep all night. The next night, thanks for the hotel mgr, Ms Gurjar, we were moved to another suite which is fabulous and sleep well. Overall, hotel room is much bigger than average and is closed to every theme park (without 5 min drive by uber). Highly recommend....

Nice view of my room , really relaxing and enjoyable in my stay .Breakfast have a lot of choices, even l was stay a week, but l still feel exciting every morning when l have breakfast. Highly recommend if you would like to have the relaxation trip in abu dhabi. 」

「The service is great, especially the front desk staffs. They offered us a suite room as they asked if this is our 1st time to Abu Dhabi or Dubai & we say yes. The room is super big, with a large balcony facing the swimming pool downstairs. The breakfast is great, yummy with various of choices, worths adding to your package. 」

「Close to city center. Service is great. Room is small but comfortable. A lot of fun in swimming pools and slider. Private beach is quite relaxing but water depth is descending sharply, be careful children safety. Friday bunch looks great but I missed. Highly recommended.」
