「Our stay was great, the staffs too. The only part we didn’t like was that it was too noisy every were, restaurant too crowded and my wife couldn’t sleep because of the noise in the corridor and nearby rooms. The food was great 👍, the staffs too (so welcoming, smiling and attentive), lovely surroundings etc. We want to say thank you 🙏 for everything.」

「I planned to book a premier inn hotel in airport for flight transit but booked this hotel incorrectly. It required almost AED 64 by taxi from the Abu Dhabi international airport to there. The Taxi driver pretended that he had no change and the taxi charge ended up to be AED 70. This hotel did not provide slippers, shower cap, tooth brush and toothpaste. 「Close to city center. Service is great. Room is small but comfortable. A lot of fun in swimming pools and slider. Private beach is quite relaxing but water depth is descending sharply, be careful children safety. Friday bunch looks great but I missed. Highly recommended.」

「I left a response with the Duty Manager on the horrendous attitude and service of staff at Jose Spanish Restaurant and he said he would get back to me. After few days till after check out there is no response. Keep in mind I’m a Hilton Diamond Member so not sure what non members might get 」

「We had the most wonderful holiday at the Jumeriah Saadiyat. The staff and the service they provided was incredible- they went over and beyond to help and make our stay as enjoyable as possible.
