「We needed a home for our family to gather. This was a great house for our needs. Booking, checkin and communication was very easy. The view of the river was great and it is very quiet. And, we got an extra hour for late check out. However, the grill was quite problematic. It was filthy and the electric starter did not work so needed to take the grills off to manually start it with a lighter. 「We are a group of 8 friends who go on vacation for a week every year.( for over 30 years ) We are 70 years plus old! Property and views were wonderful. Many deer sightings, a view of the Columbia River. House was beautiful and updated, each couple had their own bathrooms attached to rooms. It is 3 stories, so if anyone has issues with stairs consider that when booking. We had no problem. Property owners were very attentive and would definitely recommend this property.」

「This rental surpassed all our expectations in every way! I’ve stayed in numerous vacation rentals over the years, and this one was by far the best. The setting in the forest and on the Tualatin River was surreal. The attention to detail amazing. The Goat Shed & Zen dens were quite clean & cozy. As 2 older women, we felt very safe staying here. Overall centrally located and a quick drive down the road into West Linn offered several wonderful dining options. Definitely plan on staying here again....

「My parents and mother-in-law stayed here for a weekend to celebrate their granddaughter's graduation! It was perfect. 「We loved the townhouse but it seemed better suited for our home state of Texas than Portland. While perfect for the warm weather we had it seems like it could be chilly and dim during a Portland winter. 「The apartment was everything we expected. What you see in the pictures is absolutely accurate. The outside garden/side yard was just beautiful! Bob always answered any questions in a timely manner and was available by phone if we needed. The house is located in a wonderful neighborhood. We went for a long weekend and was able to walk to the park. Uber is readily available if you don't rent a car. We highly recommend this apartment and hope to stay here again in the future.」

「We loved our stay! It was more spacious than I'd imagined while being very cozy. Great for hot days, we were there during a heat wave and it stayed cool and comfortable through the 90 degree days. My daughter loved the garden and watching the kitties on their catio. The hosts were very responsive and helpful, but it felt very private as well. If we visit again we'll definitely keep it in mind for future stays.」
