"Enjoyed our time here relaxing. The deck was great to sun on and still have the Ocean feel to it, as there were so many surfers that you really couldn’t get in the water. A few boards on the deck need to be replaced, and the grill legs are rusted and needs to be replaced. Other than that we enjoyed our stay here and will consider it if we go back to Folly Beach."

"If you want to be close to the ocean, this is your spot! Literally steps to the beach. But, if you want an adorable beach house that’s super cozy, this is also your spot. Home is so personally decorated with lots of character. Beds are super comfy, kitchen is well stocked and the room set up was perfect for us! The upstairs room is a dream! It feels like you’re on an island. We had an issue with the water when we arrived but they sent someone right away to take care of it! Communication was a little weird since it’s run by a company but they were very responsive! There are lots of steps to get into the place so keep that in mind and also lots of weekend traffic on and off the island. But great proximity to Charleston and fun area on Folly Beach with lots of restaurants and bars within a 5 min drive. Great spot all around!!"

"House is as advertised. Small refund for lack of direct beach access which was an inconvenience but it is a short walk down the street to a public entrance to the beach. The beach behind the house was not often crowded but note that high tide comes right up to the rocks by where the stairs are currently blocked off."

"The house is wonderfully located right on the beach, most beautiful view, clean , modern , well equipped and dog friendly. THANK YOU! We truly enjoyed our time and HIGHLY recommend it. It is so comfortable , we didn't want to go out anywhere and had all our meals on the porch but it is close to the cute town and many good restaurants. This house made our stay at Folly Beach memorable, I can't wait to return."

"First and foremost, let's talk about the location and overall charm of this beach house. It's absolutely fantastic! The house is situated in a prime spot with breathtaking views and the beach just a stone's throw away. The property exudes a unique character that makes it stand out from the rest. The kitchen is a highlight for those who love to cook and socialize. It's surprisingly well-stocked with various kitchen utensils, thanks to what seems to be contributions of previous guests. While the items might not be the best quality, they do the job and allow you to whip up some fantastic meals while enjoying the ocean view. The upper level boasts a split-level master suite with a cozy sleeping area overlooking the ocean, complete with sliding glass doors leading to a covered balcony. The other four bedrooms on the main floor each have their own bathroom, with two of them also having doors to a deck facing the ocean. Take your time to look around at all of the details. There are thousands of those charming little things either as part of the furnishings, or hanging as art. Of course, one of the most interesting pieces, what appears to be a ship’s helm fastened to the base of the staircase. Now, I can’t be sure, but it looks like the columns used for the staircase are from ships’ masts. We just loved this house! I The living area is spacious and perfect for larger groups, providing ample room for everyone to feel comfortable. Had more, but I'm out of space.."
