「掃除が行き届いていて、清潔でした。 バーベキューセットをお願いしましたが しっかりした仕切りある紙皿やテーブル、ライトどれもバーベキューしやすく ゴミも全部捨ててくれて至れり尽くせりで、すごくよかったです。 冷蔵庫も大きくて使いやすく 不満無しです。 暖炉使ってみたかったけど、11月なのに夏日なので使いませんでした。それだけ残念でした。 」

「設備は新しく、綺麗に整理されていました。心地よく滞在できました。家族にも大評判でした。」

「新しくとてもキレイで、環境も良く使いやすかったです。1階にダブルルームとツインルーム、2階にダブルルーム。シャワー、トイレも1階と2階の両方にあり便利でした。エアコンはないですが、扇風機と涼風機は各部屋にありました。キッチン用品も必要最低限はあり、冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、トースター、コーヒーポット等揃っていて、炊飯器もあったので助かりました。キッチンペーパー、ラップ、ホイル、食洗機と洗濯機の洗剤や、蚊取り線香、BBQセット等あって、気が利いてます！！ただ、和食器がなかったのが残念。ごはん茶碗とお碗がなかったことだけが不便でした。。。 それ以外は満点の素晴らしい施設です！」

「Stay was amazing ! Mr Fukushima was so kind - he helped us with discounted lift tickets, picked us up from the train station and took us grocery shopping. Location was right at the Iwatake gondola. Please note the unit is in traditional Japanese style - sleeping on the floor with Japanese pillows (very different to western pillows). Highly recommend !」

「20代前半の娘ちゃん２人を連れての４人での宿泊でした。 部屋に入ってから大喜びして、ハイテンションでした！ 広いし、綺麗だし、若い子が好きそうなデザインでとても良かったです。 床暖房もあり、夜は助かりました。 キッチンも広いし、なんでも揃っているから文句なしです。 ホテルと違ってホントにゆっくりくつろげて、みんな大満足でした。 もー次からは白馬に来たら他には泊まれないくらいの満足度です」

「Nice secluded location for winding down. It has Wi-Fi coverage despite the hotels description, just don’t expect fibre speed. Keep the place clean and the bugs won’t bother you too much. Too bad they don’t offer free onsen access at the main hotel nowadays. 」

「poorly maintain. probably the worst I have seen in Japan. Dirty. Old. There are better options for the same price. Pros : fully equiped kitchen. 」

「I was unable to get the check-in information and couldn’t reach out the host/property manager until the day before my stay. At the end I spent an extra US$70 to make an IDD call to reach out Vrbo, the agency, to get help and realise someone would be there in the property wait for my arrival. Otherwise the stay is overall very good with many cute teddy bears. :)」

「15-min walk to the main terminal for buses to ski slopes. Accommodation was a bit dated. Comfortable but nothing special. The toilet smelled bad no matter how many times we cleaned it. There was sufficient space for 3 large adults; would have been tight for 4 and too cramped for 5. Friendly staff who were more than happy to transfer us to/from the station and willing to help and provide information. Overall average accommodation.」
