「Everything was very clean, the staff were friendly and responsive. Would stay here again. 」

「厨房设计很体贴，住的很舒服，总体是挺满意的。6.26日下午5点到楼下服务台借火柴点生日蜡烛的时候，换了两个男的服务员，他们的态度很冷淡不友善,自称他们不抽烟 还怀疑我们想抽烟骗他们借火，态度很恶劣!!!!!!!!!!后来我们又去了泳池的吧台向那里的服务借了打火机，那里的服务员态度特别友好。」

「This unit has all the conveniences of home. It's cozy but big enough for a large group, we had two adults and three children under the age of twelve. They, also have a front balcony where you leave all your items from the beach, which eliminates any sand in the condo. The Gold Coast is a few blocks away which has all the stores you need. Acme Market and restaurants are also close.」

「This little gem was in the BEST location for us. Early morning sunrise was half a block away from a pristine beach! Step right outside to hop on the OC bus which takes you in and out of all the action. The studio apt was very clean and had EVERYTHING we needed, including a FULL kitchen, washer and dryer, beach chairs and umbrella! The bed was comfy, the wifi worked perfectly and we loved sitting out of the deck. The owner was extremely nice, answered back within a few minutes with each question,...

「The condo was at a great location. It was the most stocked kitchen we have ever encountered. Check in and out was confusing. No manager at the building. Sliding screen doors could use upgraded. The picturesque windows provided awesome views of the beach and ocean!!」

「SO MUCH BETTER than a hotel room. We were in for a short stay, our boys had a wrestling tournament. Two nights. And yes, our boys did GREAT at the tournament. I think it was the comfortable bed and home cooked nutritional meals! Thanks vrbo.」

「After a bumpy start due to an incorrect key code and a late arrival we were unable to reach our host, we had a wonderful time. Our host reached out as soon as she received our messages, we had a refund in place be fore I was even out of bed that covered our hotel. The condo is exactly as pictured, and was well equipped, short walk to the beach and we didn’t have a need for them as we had brought our own, but beach chairs, a cart and boogie boards were available. 「The place at the Quay was very nice and was described accurately. Only issue we had was the dryer would not dry clothes throughly (even with just a few pieces in the dryer). Also the upholstery had some stains on them but that may have been from previous renters. The condo was cleaned before check in. The View was great but staircase took a lot of getting used to. If someone had an leg injury they would not be able to use the steep staircase」

「Had no water. Had to call property manager. Found out where to turn it on in the closet. Washer made extremely loud noise. Neighbors were disturbed. So we could not use it the rest of our stay. No information on where to take garbage or what to set thermostat at when we left. Security deposit taking too long to get back. Still don’t have it at this review. Other than those few glitches the place itself was really nice and close to everything. Maybe a little too many decorative knock knacks....

Cons - Wi-Fi, TVs and remotes not in working order and no instruction as to which remote goes to which TV. Key box on front door very difficult to open. Closet doors broken.
