Our mini vacation for the family was wonderful. The place had all the necessary amenities and was beautiful. Being on the 21st floor was no , as the elevators were fast! Thank you for sharing your place.

Perfect Location

This is a perfect condo for adults. Clean, upscale and a stones throw from the beach. Far enough from the hustle abd bustle of the boardwalk, but close enough to just hop on the beach bus to enjoy the shops. I would definitely return and rent this condo again!

Unit is great.

Unit itself was immaculate, well taken care of, quiet, and comfortable. The view was excellent and we really enjoyed the balcony. The building is a bit on the dingy side, though. The common areas were not always super clean. The beach was nice but crowded.

Beautiful Condominium

Absolutely beautiful remodeled condo. Nice and bright with beautiful views. Tastefully decorated with coastal themed decor. Meticulously maintained, spotless and fully stocked with all essentials. Very comfortable and homey. Building lobby and hallways could use an update but once you open the doors into the condo you won't be disappointed. Very nice large outdoor pool staffed with very friendly and interactive lifegaurds. Large sundeck with umbrellas and lounge chairs. And literally just steps from the beach with showers to clean off when leaving the beach. Parking was very close to the building. Especially liked the convenience of the large laundry carts that were provided to unload your luggage and belongings. This was a lifesaver! Building was secure and key fob was required to enter the building. Elevators were very fast and we rarely had to wait. Many restaurants, shopping, coffee shops, food stores and ice cream shops were within a short walk...we especially loved this. We can't wait to return!

Pros- Kitchen well equipped, nice area, but not much walkable, pool clean and close to the beach. Cons - Wi-Fi, TVs and remotes not in working order and no instruction as to which remote goes to which TV. Key box on front door very difficult to open. Closet doors broken. Bathroom mats very, very dirty. Couch, broken down cushions and recliners do not work., no instruction on key fobs, game room, most games do not work, pool table takes money, but no pool balls, snack bar states open from 8 to 4, but during 6 day stay, never open. very loud Air Conditioner.

Amazing vacation experience!

From booking, communication leading up to check-in, and communication upon arrival and departure, we were impressed by the entire process as well as the friendly updates provided by email and text! The property was everything we hoped for and more....beautiful, clean, and spacious enough for our family of three to enjoy! We loved having private beach access and the views from our balcony and bedroom windows were nothing short of spectacular! I would highly recommend this property; we would definitely return!

Vaca at The Quay

We had the best weather, the apartment was clean and the perfect size for 4 people. We utilized the breakfast bar several times as well as the several games stores under the TV. We cooked a lot there, the kitchen had everything you would need to make a meal, you may want to bring a larger pan but there are two smaller ones there. We had a little issue with the air conditioning in the master bedroom but bought a fan to help move the air around which made it easier to sleep, we left the fan there for future use. Loved the garbage shoot!! Elevators were backed up day one with move in and again with move out but the rest of the week there was no issues. Would love to stay here again!!!!
