「Our week at the beach was awesome! Splurged for a beachfront suite and having coffee every morning on the balcony was priceless. We enjoyed the full kitchen. The only weirdness was there was going to be a charge for cleaning so we just tidied up ourselves for our one week stay. Other than that we loved it and exceeded our expectations. Pool and hot tub always clean.」

「I ordered online, it shows all rooms have kitchen, but the one I lived didn’t. There wasn’t even a sofa in the room! The guy who checked us in wasn’t very friendly, I mean cold. 「Our suite was excellent but we only had 2 issues during our stay: 1. every morning this was no hot water to our room until after 7AM. 2. their mobile app for room service doesn't work - I ordered a coffee using the mobile app but it was never delivered. When I inquired about the order - they said what order? I responded with the order # and received what looks to be an automated response that they are busy helping others.」

「We had an amazing experience. I called ahead to ask about accomodations a day earlier than we had reserved and Evan was very patient with me as we checked if it could be done. Then Emma helped us check in and was so incredibly kind and helped us get the best price! We'd made arrangements to have a nicer room the first night and then move to the room we reserved the next day but Cameron was able to give us a free upgrade and let us keep our room and not have to move rooms!
