"Hotel is located in a residential neighborhood. Very quite and had a community feel. Tue downside is that you have to walk for 10-15 minutes to the nearest bus stop or train station. Very close to Kyoto Imperial Place and Nishiki Market. (15-18 minutes walk). The property itself is clean and the whole apartment is spotless! No complains."

"We didn't want to leave. Stayed for two nights and wished we had booked for longer. Amazing hospitality and amenities, we had a room with a private bath on the balcony. Kaiseki dinners were fabulous albeit slightly confusing with our minimal Japanese language skills, but the staff went out of their way to explain and help us have a great meal.
