「The check-in experience is not very good, the hygiene is terrible.After checking out, I found that my card had been deducted twice inexplicably, for two accommodation fees, two parking fees, and two pet accommodation fees. I hope the hotel can give a reasonable explanation.」

「We love everything about this hotel. The decor, staff, restaurants and bars are fabulous. The rooftop bar has a beautiful view of Kansas City. Many restaurants are within walking distance and there are beautiful places to walk nearby.」

「Hotel is cute and old fashioned. Lots of character. However, once I notified the front desk that I had a small dog I was asked if it was a service dog? They said only service dogs were allowed and it is $70 extra. I told the person that I specifically chose pet friendly option when trying to find a place and that this hotel came up, amongst others. He said that $70 is common, which I disagree. We had other hotels not charge at all and others only $20-25. 」

「Overall, great staff! Upon arrival we had to wait a bit for someone to show up to the front desk. It seemed like there was only one gentleman working, and he was downstairs at the restaurant. Once he came up though, he was very friendly. Our room was clean with beautiful decor, but a couple lightbulbs were burnt out. The bathroom door, a pocket door, was literally one foot away from the side of the bed. Luckily, my husband and I have been together long enough to lose all sense of privacy when...

「I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience! The location was absolutely fantastic, being within walking distance of our event at Union Station. This convenience made our stay so much easier and enjoyable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. On the morning we were scheduled to depart, which happened to be a holiday, we were running late and arrived at breakfast just before it closed. Unfortunately, the coffee was already out, and with Starbucks...
