「Relatively clean/quiet venue but the check-in process was a bit confusing and only had staff there for a short part of the day. 」

「Good bnb for Florence with quiet location easily accessible to tour points. The actual hotel is up 3 flights of stairs...we didn’t know that in Italy ground floor is 0, not 1. So if you see "second floor" its actually 3. Totally fine for us but maybe not great if you have tons of luggage or are elderly. We enjoyed our stay and had no problems at all with the lodging. 」

「It's actually a shared apartment rather than b&b. Very strange to have a few steps of staircase inside the room that made us hard to carry our luggage. Facilities inside the room are not very new but still acceptable. Appreciated that the daily cleaning service includes tidying up our clothes on chair!」
