However, the pool is out of service during my stay and when I booked the hotel (just 12 hours before check in) I have not got any notice on this. What a disappointment.」

「Excellent Hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Two staff in particular were exceptional. Suman in Room Service, who kept our room immaculate aways, and would clean the room around OUR timings and not when he wanted to clean it. The other person was Sawjanya, who not only looked after all our needs but also those of other people during breakfast time. She would have our tea and coffee ready and knew exactly what we wanted, after the first day. She was always so calm and pleasant to...
