「Excellent hostesses. The morning breakfast was always delicious and very filling. Nice and safe area. Very walkable to tube stations. 」

「The stay was ok. Little things made it disappointing, being told day before they had a no shoes policy in the hotel and could leave them at the entrance or carry to room. Mirror on wall was at a child’s height not a normal person. Coffee and tea making was on very low coffee table and needed to kneel down to make it. The place to leave clothes had coffee table in front of it so would not be ideal for long stays. As for building the 700 year old had plenty of character and was well presented.」

「The hotel location is near Victoria Coach Station which takes less than 1 hour from Heathrow Airport by National Express bus. Good breakfast! Staffs are helpful.」

「1. 飯店非常新且乾淨,雖然門面很小,但房間非常舒適我們在這享受了7個晚上,冷氣空調非常舒服價格在倫敦算非常合理 2. 工作人員非常nice, 雖然沒有電梯是缺點,但如有行李會馬上有服務人員來搬忙搬至房間,我們攜帶了3個大型行李,服務人員非常樂意幫忙 3. 飯店就在地鐵旁,走路不用30秒喔!真的太太太方便 4. 飯店就在倫敦最大shopping mall旁邊,還有2個大超市,要購物要吃飯簡直方便到不行,購物累了還可以回房間休息後再繼續戰鬥 5. 飯店附近走路5分鐘的Hillton飯店公車站有oxford tube 和 outlet express停靠站,去oxford和outlet這些地方簡直方便到不行 6. 飯店正樓下有一間中國餐廳,他的新加坡菜好好吃」

「Hotel is nearly overground station, and also bus station. The room is a bit small, but still ok. Overall tidy and clean. Staff are really nice, very supportive. We found that the bath tub was not draining properly, and the staff fixed it in the next day. 」

「Location is good. Carpet is quite dirty and smelly. Condition of the shower cubicle is poor that water splashed out onto the floor through gaps in between partitions and doors」

「Just about 10-minute walk to Victoria Station, very convenient. Since it is centre, thus the price is higher as compared to other location. Room is not very spacious. Other things ok.」

「My experience at this hotel was exceptional. The location was ideal, close to major attractions and public transport. The room was good & comfortable beds. The staff were friendly, accommodating.The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options. Overall, a wonderful hotel that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. 」
