「Close to station. Rooms are very big and well equipped. But the pillow and beds are too soft. Otherwise it is recommendable.」

「Not recommended for those who got large luggage. I got assigned to the 5th floor, but the elevator only reach to 4th floor. I need to carry the large luggage from 4th floor. Because of my schedule change, I arrive London one day late, I send email to inform them I will arrive at the next morning. The staff replied the email to inform me that they help me to cancel my order. Luckily I received the order cancel email after I arrived. I have no idea why I inform them about my late arrival time...

「Great sized apartment for two people, could easily be three and still comfortable. Clean, in a nice area, and has plenty of things you may need if you’re staying a little longer. Only downside was one towel had some marks on it, but there was a few spare in the bathroom and bedroom so we still had enough to use.」

「My second stay at Arlington house during my visit in London. Love the location, very convenient, it’s right next to The Ritz. Walking distance to many shops and fine restaurants. Stayed in the 1 bedroom suite this time, and last time was the 2 bedrooms suite, room is spacious, with en-suite in each room and guest toilet. Service was great. Would definitely be back again. 」

「I think the lower than average price makes it value for money. Parking space not always available, council carpark across the road £5 a day. Kitchen worktops needed replacing as burn marks & laminate peels. Good large tv in lounge & bedroom. 」

「Muy cerca de la parada de Gloucester, y por tanto del centro. Al lado del barrio de Chelsea (tranquilo y apacible). El estudio era grande respecto a la media de alojamientos en Londres, con grandes ventanales y bastante nuevo. Relación calidad-precio imbatible.」
