“We had a lovely stay in a balcony room overlooking the fabulous harbour. We had everything we needed including robes, slippers and a really comfy bed. The cleaning staff were lovely and always had a warm smile and said hello. Unfortunately the staff on reception seemed to keep their heads down or talk amongst themselves as we went in and out of the hotel. Also, we went to sit outside to have a drink and soak up the sun for an hour and the bar staff in The Jetty informed us that they don't serve……

“早上洗澡的時候，浴室沒有冷水(就是水都是超級燙的那種) 換了兩個房間都一樣，最後用礦泉水沖掉，事後飯店給了全額退款”

“We had a great stay at Bartley Lodge after visiting Peppa Pig world inside Paultons Park Family of four: two adults and two kids age 3 and 7 - both autistic so they are loud and a bit restless waiting, but we felt welcome and comfortable during our stay. The lady managing the dining room brought them colours and books for the table to play with as the conservatory had less WiFi signal for watching cartoons. Great breakfast options really filling and fresh including the usual familiar cereal……

“It locates on city center and very convenient for sightsee, shopping and many choices of restaurant. Only one thing is the room is between two floors and only has stair. It is not good if you have big luggage with you.”
