「A nice place to stay, good options for food (vegetarian) and gym with pool would suit many I’m sure 」

「clean，but old. The carpet seems new. Bathroom had been renovated. When I went into the roo，you could smell a old hotel odour. Price was not that expensive，overall I rated 65 out of 100.」

「Very comfortable, spacious room. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and attentive. Good breakfast. Great location, looking over the canal and a short walk into the centre of Chester. I would definitely stay again.」

「I didn’t stay here , we arrived for concert at Hampden park , only to find out hotel was closed to public , on a government contract . Had to return home on train with suitcase and missed concert and mini break in Glasgow . 」

「The pool has literal lumps of black dirt on the tiles, it hasn’t been cleaned for a long time. The jacuzzi is the same temperature as the pool and also dirty. No shower facilities after the “swim” Run down hotel, breakfast staff were just there, never said good morning, no interaction from any staff actually. Won’t be staying there again. 」

「I don't like the cleaner to clean my room at around 430 pm on 2 days. Hotel replied that they have more than 1000 rooms and will be arranged to clean some room on pm sessions. But I am satisfied with their reply as 4 star hotels should arrange staff to clean the rooms with efficient way.」
