「The hotel is classic and a bit old, but generally okay Just the noise is a bit annoying. 」

「Great location, reasonable price, clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast provided.」

「Overall hotel room is okay but not too happy to assign to floor 0 as I found bugs inside the room from time to time. Initially, I want to extend my stay but I finally moved to nearby hotel for extra nights as I don’t want to stay in floor 0. The most important is they are not providing service to keep guests’ baggage, so I need to walk round to keep them at the airport wait till check in. They should mention it on their booking page.」

「Initially given a key to a room that someone was already in!! All easily resolved. Room had all you needed. No noise and breakfast was good. Easy transport to airport would stay again 」

「Loved the proximity to the restaurants of Cardiff Bay. Checkout 11am which was great, could even leave the car in the free carpark until 2pm.」
