「普通inn at service station. No special expectation 」

「地點很好，知名餐廳bettys就在附近，但旅館老舊，地板不平，每一步都會發出聲響，深夜時聽到隔壁傳來的地板嘎吱聲有些恐怖。不會想再來」

「Just had a great one night stay at the Belmont. The room was very clean and comfortable, as was the whole building. The kitchenette had everthing we needed and everything was in excellent condition. The pre-arrival information was comprehensive and was provided in a very friendly and welcoming way. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the place, or to book again ourselves. Definitely worth 5 stars」

「It's a beautiful hotel which is in need of refurbishment. For the price I paid I was happy with my stay. Downstairs is lovely but the bedrooms and corridors are not. The room was basic but adequate. If you want a luxurious room don't go there. If you want to experience the grandeur of a bygone age very cheaply and don't mind a basic room then this is the place for you.」

「Had really high hopes for this property as the Crowne was right around the corner but I wanted something locally owned and with more character. Everything was just as I imagined except for the staff. We asked for some printing to be done and granted it was quite more than they are probably used to, but it was done without first informing us of the price and then all of a sudden we were slapped with a bill for 35pounds! Again, wouldn't have minded IF they had asked us first but they didn't...

「This hotel has shut down, we had a wasted journey and had to come home and it ruined our weekend, nobody cancelled our booking or informed us.」

「Comfort and convenience」

「A good stay as always, some areas where very hot as heating was on but we were able to switch this off in our room. We had a fire alarm go off on Friday evening but staff were prompt to evacuate and well organized. 」
