The breakfast was OK (they will order poached eggs from the kitchen-upon request) A bit more urgency in replenishing the hot food trays would be a subtle criticism but the staff were helpful,courteous and adorned a friendly smile!

Receptionist was very welcoming, same as the dining room staff. Room was spotless and the food was excellent all credit to the chef and staff. Cannot recommend highly enough. Definitely will return. Cannot name staff individual as I don’t know their names.

For the price and location, highly recommended. A bit dated, but it’s a traditional, old building. What makes this hotel, is the warm, friendly staff. Only criticism, maybe clean up the side of the hotel, leading to the rear car park a bit. It’s a bit dingy, floor is slippery and cigarette butts all over. Small change to make it more appealing.
