“Very reasonable price but we struggled to find horizontal surfaces on which to place phones, wallets and glasses. A couple of small shelves here and there would be greatly appreciated. Likewise, in the absence of wardrobes, options to hang clothes were limited; a few coat hooks on the walls would be a great improvement and take the pressure off the rack on the door. Really enjoyed the Starbeck location. The regular buses to both Harrogate and Knaresborough were wonderful and the train was……

“Nice location and staff. Food was on schedule and good. Comfortable bed and rooms. Parking was limited, but that’s an issue all over UK. We would stay there again.”

“The very warm welcome and smiling friendly service from the staff I received from the very start made my stay particularly special. The room was quiet and separate from the main building. It was kept spotlessly clean. The food was excellent; breakfasts were varied and excellent and the meal I had in the restaurant was also of a very high quality. I cannot recommend THE INN highly enough!”

“Lovely room though we had a problem with a leak from the upstairs shower. It was quickly sorted by the hotel manager. The staff seemed really friendly. The hotels is a short walk to the centre of Harrogate and I would recommend”

“We where very happy with all facility. Overall the only problem we personally was the 3 steps going in and out of the property. The last step out is very steep and would have liked something to hold on too”

“Disappointing. Booked this hotel due to the free Airport Shuttle Bus. Arrived well within the advised operating hours of the shuttle bus. Called the number given by the hotel to be asvised the number was no longer in operation. Was left stranded at Pearson Airport at 21.30 with no option but to get a taxi which cost $36 to travel less than 2km. Would have been better paying more for a better property. Really dissapointing.”

“The location was great, lots of parking spaces. Breakfast room and bar area very nice. Booked a Kingsize room everything looked tired, windows were dirty, very old and didn’t close properly. Had no bathrobes nor slippers in the room, wanted us to pay extra in a SPA hotel! Noise after midnight wasn’t managed well by staff. The wedding guests went outside for a cigarette and were pretty loud. Also white vans were loading / unloading stuff after midnight and very early in the morning without any……

“Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Food was very good. Hotel was well positioned to access all the main attractions of Harrogate. Car parking very limited and very tight for large cars. Room was adequate but cramped but bathroom was modern and well equipped. Shower over bath and as bath was deep getting in and out for small and older clients very difficult.
