“The staff were all lovely. The family room was great and had everything we needed. Spotlessly clean too. Fantastic location in centre of Harrogate. It was built in the 1700’s so you must embrace its age and character. ”

“Lovely large room with a huge bed. Very comfortable with plenty of pillows. The bathroom also very spacious and has underfloor heating! Huge mirror with lightning and a radio. Our room also had a sink/kitchen area which was useful. The staff were helpful and friendly and we would not hesitate to stay again. Its very close to town centre and also has paid parking which is very convenient. ”

“Really good little budget room, thoughtfully decorated. It's a small place and when you walk in you might think "Oh no!", because it doesn't seem that bright, but I stayed on a rainy winter evening, so that might have been a factor. But, when I got in the room it was lovely, modern decor, kettle and tea/coffee, great bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff who met me at the door with key and instructions.”
