Brilliant staff-friendly, helpful, excellent food, quantity and quality, plenty of options. We had a twin queen room, massive comfy beds, big room, strange setup bathroom but still clean, could do with a spray air freshener in there though. Not bad location, free parking, rooms very warm. Didn't have dinner in the restaurant so can't comment, but it's the same restaurant for breakfast and that couldn't be better. Breakfast items replenished efficiently. Thank you to the staff for a great stay.

The room was clean and well serviced. Our only complaint was with the shower over the bath. As older people, showers over baths are not the best but they would be helped if the were a vertical grab bar to steady oneself. The provision of a grab bar for the bath is all vwry well but support when using the shower seems to have been forgotten. Breakfast was good and the staff there helpful.

First time I’ve never really been impressed with the staff. On arrival they didn’t even acknowledge our presence - both tapping away on their computers - until one finally acknowledged us and said the other one would check us in. After another while, she finally just said “surname”!! No smile, no greeting. Nothing. Apart from that, great hotel as always. Close to great restaurants and walking distance of town.
