This was our second stay at this hotel. It's clean, comfortable and the staff are friendly. The free parking is a plus and it's not far from the bars and restaurants in Cardiff Bay.

Staff on reception were very professional and helpful. Only reason not 5 star was the lift was faulty and meant people had to walk up to the first floor to use the lift. I used to come here a lot in the 2010's and it hasn't really changed since then (that can be a good and bad thing I suppose). Rooms are large and airy, walls and floors are thick unlike P Inns/T Lodges so not disturbed by noisy neighbours. Bed and pillows was comfortable and AC/Heating worked well.
